Approaching Weirs Beach Late 1920s

Below, a very similar view to the above, taken circa 1912. In 1912, the Weirs Hotel was still in existence, and Irwin’s Winnipesaukee Gardens was more than a decade away from being built. In this postcard, the steamer Belle of the Isles seems to be tucked in-between the Mount Washington and the Weirs Cafe.
