Arc Sign

The arc sign over New Hampshire Avenue was installed in 1883 and remained in place until the 1930s. The building seen at the end of the street is the Lowell building, the oldest Veterans’ building still standing. This photo is of the 1883 reunion, Camp Richard Ela.
