The 3rd annual City on the Lakes Tri Festival is scheduled for Sunday, August 11, 2019, and will be held at Opechee Park in Laconia. The main event is a Sprint Triathalon, with a 450 yd swim, 14 mile bike, and a 5k (3.1 mile) run. Athletes who wish to skip the run can just do the Sprint Aquabike, a 450 yd swim and 14 mile bike. The main Triathalon event can be raced individually, or on a relay team.
