Wake the Lake, a weekend-long block party on Lakeside Avenue in Weirs Beach, takes place between Tower Street and Foster Avenue. Musical entertainment is featured on 3 stages. Festivities begin at 5pm on Friday, continue on Saturday until 11pm, and resume on Sunday until 5pm. In addition to the music, various games such as Beer Pong and Corn Hole are offered, and food and drink is served from multiple bars and kitchens.

The first annual event occurred May 10-12, 2019. The 2020 event was cancelled due to Covid. The second annual event took place the weekend of May 21-23, 2021. The third annual event took place May 20-22, 2022. The 4th annual Wake the Lake is to occur May 19-21, 2023.
