Boat-O-Rama

The caption on the card below reads, “A recent addition to recreational activities at Weirs Beach, New Hampshire, is the annual Boatarama Water Show put on each summer. All types of water-going craft participate.”
Photos from the “Crazy Craft” competition, part of the 1959 Boat-O-Rama event. The unique, floating craft were propelled by outboard motors, and included a two-horse wagon, a one-horse sleigh, a castaway island, and a steam locomotive.
